We ordered from EHG 360 not to long back. We were concerned about what size mats we needed for our restaurant’s kitchen. We went ahead and ordered the smaller size which ended up being too small. We contacted them and their customer service team got back to us immediately on how we could exchange for the larger sized mats they offer. They took back the small mats and had the larger mats sent to us right away. We dealt with a few of their customer service members and they were all so friendly!
